Mr. Pay Chheng How, representing the distinguished LCT. Khem Rany, President of the University of Cambodia, led a working group to hand over 1,000,000 riel (one million riel) in food and other materials received from the University of Cambodia Fund for the Front Lines and Refugees to the Cambodian Red Cross for operations to assist refugee families.
